Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Inner Loop Cleaning Co. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, purchasing a gift card, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services
Inner Loop Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, and selected add-on services. All services are subject to availability and service-area coverage.

2. Quotes and Pricing
All prices shown on our website or booking form are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, layout, or scope of the home differs materially from what was originally submitted.

Add-ons, extra time, and special requests may increase the total price.

3. Booking Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:
• service address
• contact information
• home size and room count
• requested service type
• access instructions
• presence of pets or other important conditions

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, repricing, rescheduling, or cancellation.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Inner Loop Cleaning Co. and its payment processors to charge the applicable service amount, approved add-ons, and any authorized additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may request to cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $79 late cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to charge the same fee if:
• access to the home is not provided at the scheduled time
• the cleaner is unable to enter the property
• the appointment cannot be completed due to customer-related issues
• the booking materially differs from the original description in a way that prevents service from being completed as scheduled

6. Access to the Home
Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a same-day lockout.

Same-day lockouts or no-entry situations may be subject to a $79 fee.

7. Condition of the Property
We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or modify service if a property presents unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or unreasonable working conditions, including but not limited to:
• pest infestations
• biohazards
• hoarding conditions
• aggressive animals
• unsafe structural conditions
• utilities not working

8. Results and Expectations
We aim to provide high-quality service and clear communication. However, cleaning results may vary depending on:
• buildup level
• age and condition of surfaces
• pre-existing damage
• staining
• permanent discoloration
• material limitations

We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, mold, mildew, hard-water marks, paint, debris, or damage that cannot be corrected through standard cleaning methods.

9. Customer Belongings and Valuables
Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, collectibles, fragile items, and other valuables before service. Inner Loop Cleaning Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to items that were not properly secured, were unstable, or had pre-existing damage.

10. Breakage or Damage Claims
If there is a concern regarding breakage or damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of the service appointment. We may request photos, documentation, and an opportunity to review the issue before determining any resolution.

11. Satisfaction Issues
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us promptly. We will review the concern and may, at our discretion, offer a touch-up, partial credit, or another reasonable resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.

12. Pets
Customers must let us know if pets will be present during service. For safety reasons, aggressive or uncontrolled pets must be secured before and during the appointment.

13. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. Gift cards may only be used toward eligible services provided by Inner Loop Cleaning Co. Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards may not be replaceable unless required by law.

14. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, layout, and design elements, is the property of Inner Loop Cleaning Co. or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems.

15. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our website may use third-party tools for booking, payments, analytics, spam protection, email communication, customer messaging, and other operations. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Loop Cleaning Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that specific service.

18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
